Terms and Conditions:
- Promo is available for a minimum order of 20 cards.
- Cards must be completed from November 2021 to April 2022.
- Client must submit their personal invite wordings/texts, custom print designs for background, border and cover one (1) month prior to their desired completion date.
- Email info@popupoccasions.com of intention to avail of the promo indicating the pop up design and quantity needed.
- Upon acknowledgement of your intention to avail of the promo, we require a deposit of 50% of the total price via bank transfer or via PayPal depending on client’s payment preference to lock in the promo price. This will be used to secure the paper boards for the project. Hence, deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of event cancellation, the paper boards may be used for client’s future order.
- Email scanned copy of deposit slip to info@popupoccasions.com for verification. We will only honor verified deposits received within the promo period.
- This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other promos or discounts.
- Prior to production, we will send a screenshot of the invite layout (customization included) for client’s approval.
- Once approved for production, we require additional 25% deposit. Upon receipt, production will begin. Our standard production lead time is approx. 15-30 days depending on quantity ordered.
- Please note that no refund is allowed after production has started.
- Any change request after production has begun will be charged additional 30%. This is payable before we resume production.
- Rework request after the invites are already completed would be charged at full amount of the contract price.
- Upon completion of the project, we require payment of the remaining 25%.
- Promo price is ex-factory.
- For international clients, actual cost of DHL freight charges will be billed upon completion together with the remaining 25% balance. We will provide client with the tracking number.
- Custom duties and taxes that client’s country may impose shall be paid by him/her.
- Domestic clients may personally collect the cards or book a courier to pick up the completed invites.
- Pop Up Occasions is not liable for damages beyond shipping point.
- Optional service requests not mentioned in the promo inclusions can be availed at additional costs. Please inquire if you have other requests.
