Please follow the procedures below if you are interested in ordering our Invites:
Step 1 : Tell us what invite you would like
In order to process your orders faster we would recommend you email us your requirements at info@popupoccasions.com.
Once you have done it would usually take us 1-2 business days in order to reply and provide a quotation.
In some cases we do need further information. As such we would request if you could kindly be as detailed as possible on what invite you would like. If you have a specific themes, colors or pegs in mind please do share it with us so we can accurately more accurately provide you with a quotation.
Step 2: Review quotation and Downpayment
Once you receive our formal quotation please kindly review it and let us know if there are any changes or updates you would like before proceeding.
Once you are ready to proceed you may already pay the initial down payment of 50% and inform us once you have done so. Payment details are available through the contract.
Step 3: Draft and Edits
We will begin creating a draft of your chosen popup invitation/design. The Initial design / mock-up will be available 4-6 working days from the time client provides text/other required details.
Client may request up to 3 rounds of edits before the production of the invites. Edits made in one batch will count as one round of edit. Edits will take another 3-4 business days depending on the complexity/number of changes requested.
Step 4: Production
Once design is finalized, and approval to print is given by the customer, it will take 7-10 business days to print and assemble the invites for every batch of 200 or less invites.
Step 5: Final Payment and Shipping
Once the invites our ready the final payment will be requested from the client before invites are shipped to customer’s shipping address.
Notes:
*We require 50% downpayment prior to commencement of work.
*Please note that all cards are hand crafted so there may be some variations or minor differences per card.
*If you prefer to pick up the cards instead this is possible in the following locations 1-2 days after final payment is made:
